Credit Pack Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied within 3 days of purchasing a credit pack and have only used a small portion of your credits, you may contact us to request a refund.

Usage Terms

• Refunds apply only to light testing (fewer than 5 completed image processing requests).
• For approved refunds, we deduct the cost of credits already used (calculated at approximately $0.10 per processed image) and refund the remaining unused value.
• For heavy usage, we may review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Credit Validity

Credits never expire — purchase once, use anytime.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Credit packs with heavy usage (more than 5 image processing requests).
• Refund requests made more than 3 days after purchase.
• Account suspensions due to violations of Terms of Service.
• Credits consumed due to user error.

How to Request a Refund

Please send an email from your registered address to service@erasewriting.com with a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.

Process

• We will review your request within 24 hours, verifying the purchase date and usage.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability. If the service is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to our fault, active users may request credit compensation within 30 days after the incident.

Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to deny service and reject refund requests for users who violate our terms. Abusive behavior includes but is not limited to:

• Using automation scripts, bots, or automated tools to access the service at scale.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to circumvent API protocols.
• Any other unauthorized use that violates our acceptable use policy.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
