We are committed to providing high-quality AI handwriting removal services. To let you try our service risk-free, we provide free credits to every new user and maintain a fair refund policy to protect your rights.
Credit Pack Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchasing a credit pack, you may contact us to request a refund. The refundable amount is calculated as follows:
- Light usage (≤ 5 successfully cleaned images or PDF pages): full refund.
- Higher usage (> 5 successfully cleaned images or PDF pages): we deduct the value of successfully used credits on a pro-rated basis and refund the remainder.
- Failed cleanup jobs are refunded automatically and do not count toward the usage numbers above.
Credit Validity
Credits never expire — purchase once, use anytime.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
- Account suspensions due to violations of Terms of Service.
- Credits consumed due to user error.
How to Request a Refund
Please send an email from your registered address to service@erasewriting.com with a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
Process
- We will review your request within 24 hours, verifying the purchase date and usage.
- Eligible refunds will be issued through Creem or the original payment channel. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and issuing bank and usually takes several business days.
Subscription Refunds and Cancellation
Subscription users can cancel renewal before the next billing cycle. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of starting a subscription, contact us to request a refund; we evaluate requests based on used credits, completed cleanup results, and payment provider rules.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service availability. If the service is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to our fault, active users may request credit compensation within 30 days after the incident.
Abuse Policy
We reserve the right to deny service and reject refund requests for users who violate our terms. Abusive behavior includes but is not limited to:
- Using automation scripts, bots, or automated tools to access the service at scale.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to circumvent API protocols.
- Any other unauthorized use that violates our acceptable use policy.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
